Prayer is central to the Emmanuel life.
There are several ways in which we seek to encourage and support people in their prayer life.
Emmanuel Evening
We come together on the first Tuesday of every month for a cooked meal and time for prayer.
It's a chance to pray with the church family about our life and ministry, the life of Chesham, world concerns as well as our Mission Partners.
Each month a different Home Group provides the cooked meal and shares a prayer update from one of our Mission Partners.
Would you like us to pray for you?
We would love to pray for any need you have or to give thanks on your behalf. Please email prayer@emmanuelchesham.org if there is something you would like prayer for. Please state whether this is confidential for the staff team or if you're happy for others from the Emmanuel family to have the details to pray.
Prayer Partners
Many members of Emmanuel have prayer partners, meeting regularly in twos, threes or fours for prayer.
Prayer partners are a great opportunity to pray together for all matters in our lives and encourage one another in our daily walk.
Prayer Diary
Our online prayer diary will send you an email every day with a topic to pray for from the life of Emmanuel or the work of our Mission Partners.
