Through our partnership with Grace Advocacy, we help those struggling to stabilise their lives. Our team offers free advocacy support, without obligation, in the following areas:

• Income

• Benefits

• Housing

• Adult Social Care

• Health Care

• Disability

• Debt relief (alongside the Christians Against Poverty team based at Emmanuel)

We will help you: navigate the bureaucracy, fill in the forms, defend your rights, challenge unfair decisions, find ways to get the care you need and deal with unaffordable debt and bills.

What you can expect

If there is an issue worrying you, you can book an appointment with us. Our team can be contacted by calling 01494 919086 or emailing chesham@graceadvocacy.org.

We will then arrange a time with you to chat with you over a cup of tea. We might not have all the answers, but we will help you find them.

Once a plan of action has been identified, we will help you to carry it out and achieve this in a reasonable time frame.
